To accelerate the target of national food self-sufficiency, especially rice, development upland rice that has high yields and is adaptive to extreme environments needed. Fulfillment high-yielding characteristics begins with characterization selection get most varieties. This study aims identify morpho-physiological Aceh germplasm. The was conducted in Gampong Paloh Lada at Agroecotechnology Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, Universitas Malikussaleh, Utara Regency, Biology Laboratory Mathematics Natural Sciences, Sumatera Utara, from April August 2022. research used a Randomized Block Design non Factorial, comprising 7 local inbreds viz., Unsyiah Cakep (G1), Seumeulu (G2), Cot Bada (G3), Sigunca (G4), Sigupai (G5), (G6) Rajasa (G7). parameters measured were growth yield variables consisting plant height, number tillers, flowering age, leaf proline content, root length, shoot-root ratio, grains, weight 1000 grains. results indicated germplasm have good adaptability by adjusting height forming more tillers than other In terms generative growth, Mantap are entering quickly, as marked appearance flowers. content an indicator resistance water limitations achieved highest level Cakap 5 g/mol, followed 3 g/mol.
